Extended Enterprise Models
Western jurisdictions may feature prominently when considerations such as sophisticated high-end work, projects closely tied to American culture and fluid facility in the English language are key factors. Despite the larger numbers of outsourcing firms and employees in offshore locations such as Central Europe, India and the Far East, Western capability increasingly appears as a strategic element in worldsourcing strategies, frequently involving continental American BPO centers networking with back office facilities operating in India. The focus of this project is determining how these networking practices are organized and planned, and the configuration of their control and leadership functions.
