To request a media pass for the Balanced Viewpoint Worldsourcing 2009 Conference, email our press liaison at email@example.com. Media passes are limited, and are provided only to working journalists who intend to cover the event. Media credential approval for a prior Balanced Viewpoint conference does not guarantee approval for this event. If your request for a media pass is approved, you will receive an email message from our media liaison, usually within a week.
To qualify for a complimentary media pass for the Worldsourcing 2009 Conference, the applicant must cover the industry on a regular basis by writing regular reports or publishing articles on related business or technology issues that are not solicited by an exhibiting company. Private consultants who are paid by an individual company are not eligible for a media pass, and should request a pass from the sponsoring company. Also not eligible are financial analysts, book authors, or contributors to user/community group publications. You may be required to provide proof of your credentials. Non-editorial media cannot attend conference sessions without registering for them and paying applicable fees.
A media pass entitles you to entrance to the keynotes, Conference sessions, and admission to all on-site social events, including executive receptions. You are responsible for your own travel and accommodation costs. For hotel and travel information, please visit our hotel and travel information page. If you have special needs, please be sure to let us know your specific requirements at least four weeks before the conference begins.
We reserve the right to refuse media badges, at any time and without cause, during pre-registration as well as onsite media registration. Please be advised that, due to high demand, media badges are limited in number. Only commercial news outlets and major analyst firms will be issued media badges. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 506-206-3132.
