The Balanced Viewpoint Media Room is reserved for journalists and analysts to provide you with all the tools you need before, during and after the show.

Interview rooms located in the Neptune Theater may be reserved for up to one-half hour by journalists and analysts for on-site interviews. For reservations or any other press room services, contact email@example.com.

In the Neptune Theater Media Room, you will find the tools and assistance you need to gather your notes, write your stories and quench your thirst at Balanced Viewpoint.
- Computers, fax machines, copiers/printers
- Message boards
- Schedule of press conferences and events
- Copies of keynote speeches and media releases
- Speaker photos
Morning and afternoon snacks are served daily in the Media Room while supplies last.
Travel and Hotel Arrangement Assistance
We strongly encourage media representatives to reserve rooms at the Worldsourcing 2009 Conference preferred hotels. Contact conference administrator Jodi O’Neill to help you with Halifax hotel and transportation options.
All journalists and analysts are invited to attend the Worldsourcing 2009 breakfast, luncheon and evening executive reception where meals will be served. The official Balanced Viewpoint media/analyst badge must be presented for admittance.
