Conference Payment
We encourage you to pay by credit card online. You can pay by check, money order or credit card. Our Preferred Payment Partner is Visa although we also accept MasterCard and American Express. All payments including applicable taxes must be made in Canadian currency.

Note: Printed proceedings will not be available at the conference. Shortly after the conclusion of the conference, presentations submitted to Balanced Viewpoint will be available to attendees at this website. Presentations will be posted as they are received.
Balanced Viewpoint reserves the right to alter the conference program without notice.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy
Attendee substitutions may be made at any time by emailing a request to register@balancedviewpoint.com. Cancellations communicated to Balanced Viewpoint by December 11, 2008 are subject to a $150 processing fee. Registrants who either cancel after December 11, 2008 or do not attend the conference are liable for the full conference fee.
Terms and Conditions
This conference is sponsored by Balanced Viewpoint, which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to the conference to any entity or individual. Balanced Viewpoint's receipt of an application and payment does not constitute acceptance until some form of acknowledgment or acceptance is sent (i.e. your confirmation package); applications and payments that are not accepted will be returned within 30 days of receipt.
