In the closing keynote address, Mr. Keane will discuss the critical paths for bridging the gap between global sourcing and managing the extended enterprise. He will focus on defining the imperatives and principles that will guide the next generation of worldsourcing initiatives. In addition, this keynote will involve a discussion of the new paradigm for how organizations will foster innovation and growth by enabling greater global collaboration and driving critical changes in the corporate culture. Mr. Keane will detail how a leadership role will be necessary to drive sourcing decision making and governance and will demonstrate the necessity of the critical mapping of business strategy to global sourcing management.
