Alaisdar Graham is Executive Vice President, Asian delivery operations for Dextrys, Inc., a global provider of product engineering and application services with offices in Boston, San Fransisco, Dalian, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Suzhou. He is responsible for helping Dextrys’ customers accelerate profitable growth through cost effective and low risk services that improve the speed, quality and responsiveness of their software development and quality assurance organizations – to make China easy for them.
Mr. Graham's expertise is in building and sustaining world-class software development centers and services for organizations that want to capitalize on the cost, skill, and business opportunities available around the world, and particularly at this time in China.
Mr. Graham has previous related experience while serving as Vice President of Consulting Services for CGI and Managing Director of Keane. At CGI Mr. Graham was tasked with building its nearshore global delivery center in Halifax, building a solid business base and aligning the organization alongside CGI’s global delivery center model. While at Keane he was responsible for leading the strategic direction of Keane Canada; overseeing its profitable growth; building its integrated global delivery model; and successfully achieving the globally recognized SEI CMMi level 5 designation.
Mr. Graham holds an MBA from the University of Ottawa, an MScE in chemical engineering from the University of New Brunswick and a BSc from Dalhousie University.
