Hong Gang is Founder and President of AMA Infotech Development Inc., a Canadian business management company that provides services including market penetration solutions focused on helping overseas companies to achieve business significant success in China. Since 1997, AMA has performed China wide market development for Gartner, a leading IT research and strategic consulting firm. In the area of investment, AMA is working with investment banking and private equity advising on Chinese projects.
Mr. Hong has over 20 years experience with a successful track record of developing a number of businesses into China. He also has successful experience to work closely with the Chinese state government, Beijing and Shanghai municipal and other city governments, software parks and State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) in industries such as telecommunications, finance, oil and gas and automotive.
He is the author of 22 published papers, a monograph, and is the holder of an invention patent. He was invited as panel speaker in Walton Business Forum. He has been listed in Marquis Who's Who in Science and Engineering (9th Edition), Marquis Who’s Who in Asia (1st Edition). He has also been a board director of the Beijing chapter of the Canada China Business Council (CCBC).
He is a magna cum laude graduate of TsingHua University in Beijing in Electrical Engineering. Married with one daughter, Mr. Hong and his family lives in Canada.
