Richard Corley is a Partner of Partner, Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP (Blakes) and is co-head of Blakes' national Information Technology Group. Richard is recognized internationally by the industry and his peers as a leading Canadian lawyer in Outsourcing and Technology Law. With more than 25 years of experience working closely with technology companies, Richard has acted as lead counsel to major corporations in complex outsourcing transactions, joint ventures, CleanTech and other technology acquisitions and licensing, technology-related competition law retainers, and in a variety of other commercial and corporate law matters. Richard is a Director and founding member of the Centre for Outsourcing Research and Education. He is also an active member of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals, Information Technology Association of Canada and Canadian IT Law Association.
