Well known as a proactive promoter and leader of the Atlantic Canadian technology community since the 1980s, David embraced globalization during his previous leadership positions with such multinational firms as Xerox, Sperry and NCR. That international emphasis continued when he established his management consulting firm GTG Inc. in 1996. GTG’s mandate is to provide experienced and trusted business development and relationship management services to private and public sector clients seeking to expand their businesses and networks globally. GTG has helped facilitate quality solutions for demanding international projects that have delivered high value results from London to Washington to Hanoi.
David’s current position with The York Group from Boston, and as Atlantic Chair of the American Chamber of Commerce in Canada, utilize his quality global partner networks and reputation for providing innovative, effective and trusted business facilitation and advisory services. David is a past Director of Canada’s Softworld conferences, a past President of Nova Scotia's IT and Aerospace & Defence
associations and a co-founder of NovaKnowledge and the Halifax TECH-table.
